4C UR Future in an industry-led, not-for-profit Community Interest Company and social enterprise that exists to involve, inform, and inspire young people to make more empowered education and career choices. A collaborative organisation, we work with employers from all of the key industry sectors in Northern Ireland to develop innovative initiatives to support young people at key decision making points in their education journey, such as 4C UR Future LIVE, a careers inspiration event for Year 9 pupils before they make their GCSE choices. 4C UR Future are also developing Northern Ireland’s first Careers Portal, an employer-led digital platform that has the potential to reach and engage all young people in Northern Ireland, providing a go-to resource for unbiased, independent, and up-to-date careers-related information and resources. |
