Springboard Opportunities, established in 1992, is committed within a spirit of partnership to building the capacity of disadvantaged people and their communities and contributing to a society that is at ease with itself and its diversity.
JobWorks+ is one of Springboard’s many programmes and is funded through ESF. JobWorks+ provides young people, aged 16‐24 years from Greater Belfast who are not in education, employment or training, with a flexible framework of development pathways that are tailored to individual need, aspiration and circumstance. The programme targets individuals from areas of high social and economic deprivation with a wide range of barriers to education, employment and training and will assist them to maximise their potential, leading to successful personal, social and economic outcomes.
